I know the batterys are ok on the remote control because when I press buttons on the remote the red light on the remote does blink. Everything else on the Media Center works fine except the remote sensor.
The IR receiver also doesnt work. I have gone back to the user manuals and tried everything they say to do but nothing has worked.
