Release mouse in virtual pc windows 7

In VMWare, I am able to release the mouse from the virtual window, minimize the screen, and continue to use the host pc running in the background. This does not enable it for me. Any suggestions would be great!

If you want to restrict the mouse inside the VM, you're probably going to have to uninstall the IC.
